The easiest way to never miss a dose is to not even need to open the app. Phill lets you log doses straight from the home-screen widget and notifications, and shows your whole day at a glance. No sign-up, no server.

A big card shows the next medication and how long until it's due. When it's time, the "Take now" button lights up — one tap and it's logged.
Your day, from morning to bedtime
Today's doses are grouped into Morning, Lunch, Dinner and Bedtime, each with its own progress count.
Log from the widget or the notification
Mark a dose as taken without opening the app. If you haven't logged it within 30 minutes, Phill reminds you once more.
Refill alerts before you run out
Phill calculates how many days of pills you have left from your stock and schedule, and warns you ahead of time. Prescription renewal dates are tracked too.
Photo proof
Snap a photo when you take a dose, so you can double-check later.
Adherence heatmap & monthly report
A color-coded calendar shows how well you kept up each day, plus your streak. Export the monthly report as a PDF for your doctor (Premium).
Made for seniors
Senior mode switches to larger text, stronger contrast and bigger buttons. Light and dark themes are both supported, and voice reminders can read the medication name aloud.

- Premium is a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks the PDF report. No subscription.
Privacy
- No account and no server. Your medication records stay on your device.
- Backup (JSON export / OS backup) and calendar sync are optional and off until you turn them on.
- The free version includes an ad SDK, and a crash-reporting tool helps us fix bugs.
