Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MintSoft mobile apps (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you use the App on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

2. The Service

MintSoft mobile apps is a mobile application developed and operated by MintSoft. Core features are available free of charge; certain features may require a one-time purchase or subscription ("Premium"). We may add, change, or remove features as the App evolves.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app-store rules. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others or impair the service

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Renewals

  • All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed to your store account; we never receive your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings: App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Free trials, where offered, convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance through the store; continued renewal after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
  • Refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant store; please direct refund requests to Apple or Google. Nothing in this section limits refund rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
  • Restore purchases on a new device using the "Restore purchases" option in the App.

5. Advertising

Free versions of the App may display advertising served by third parties. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. Where a Premium upgrade is offered, it removes ads.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to probe or disrupt its infrastructure, misrepresenting your identity to us, or using the App to create or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, graphics, icons, trademarks, and content (excluding content you create), is and remains the exclusive property of MintSoft and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Content you create in the App belongs to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (such as app stores, analytics, advertising, and purchase-management providers) that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Content provided by the App is for general informational purposes only and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MintSoft harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11) survive.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date; where feasible we will also provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MintSoft regarding the App. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
