Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the receipe application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

receipe is a mobile application developed by MintSoft that provides productivity and utility features. The App may include both free and premium features available through in-app purchases.

User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not distribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties
  • Not use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, icons, and content, are and shall remain the exclusive property of MintSoft. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the relevant app store.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MintSoft does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

In no event shall MintSoft's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or its premium features in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MintSoft from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

MintSoft reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, MintSoft, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Changes to These Terms

MintSoft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
