Put It Down Privacy Policy

Mintsoft ("we") operates the Put It Down app ("the app"). The app has no sign-up and does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details.

1. Information processed and why

• Product photos you take or select are sent to the Google Gemini API to recognise the product name, size, price and promotions. We do not store them on our servers.
• Search terms (product names) are sent to the Coupang Partners API to find online prices. Photos are not sent.
• Comparison history, wishlist, Savings Jar and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete the app.
• Advertising identifiers and device information are processed by Google AdMob to show banner ads in the free version.
• Purchase information: RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play process an anonymous user ID and receipts to verify and restore PRO subscriptions. We never receive your payment details.

2. Third parties

Google LLC (Gemini API, AdMob), Coupang Corp. (Coupang Partners), RevenueCat, Inc. (subscriptions), Apple Inc. and Google LLC (payments). Their privacy policies also apply.

3. Camera and photo permissions

Used only when you take or pick a product photo. Other features work if you decline.

4. Retention

On-device data is deleted when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Data sent to third-party APIs is retained under their policies.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children under 14.

6. Your choices

You can delete individual records or all history from the History screen at any time.
