DitDash Lab Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of DitDash Lab ("the App") between you and mint-soft.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
mint-soft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. The following are prohibited:
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly
- Redistribution, resale, license transfer
- Use for illegal or harmful purposes
3. In-App Purchases
- All payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play
- Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no automatic renewal. It stays unlocked for the store account that bought it and can be restored with Restore Purchase
- Refunds follow each store's policy
3-1. Decoding accuracy
The App reads Morse code from sound by signal processing on your device. Noise, fading, interference and uneven hand-keyed timing can cause letters to be misread, and letters the App marks for a second look may still be wrong. Check important messages yourself. The App is a hobby, learning and practice tool and must not be relied on for emergency, distress, safety-of-life or other critical communications.
3-2. Your use of the microphone
Listen only to transmissions and recordings you are allowed to receive, and follow the radio and privacy laws that apply where you are.
4. Service Changes / Termination
We may modify or terminate the service after notice, or immediately in emergencies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mint-soft is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all content are property of mint-soft. Unauthorized copying/distribution is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with exclusive jurisdiction in Seoul Central District Court.
8. Changes to Terms
We will post any changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
