Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CouDash (the "App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not install or use the App. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and MintSoft ("we," "us," or "our"), a software development company based in the Republic of Korea. MintSoft reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Service

CouDash is an unofficial, third-party mobile dashboard application that connects to the Coupang Partners API to retrieve and visualize your affiliate and sales performance data. CouDash is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Coupang Corp. in any way. The App provides tools including but not limited to: performance dashboards, sales and revenue history, product analytics, calendar views, affiliate link generation, CSV data export, daily brief summaries, weekly and monthly reports, a coaching feature, and a home screen widget. MintSoft reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Usage Rules

You agree to use CouDash only for lawful purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, including the laws of the Republic of Korea
Violate Coupang's own Terms of Service, Partner Program policies, or API usage guidelines
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from any part of the App
Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or any other harmful or unsolicited content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data connected to the App
Use the App in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair the App's functionality or associated infrastructure
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the App without MintSoft's express written permission
Share, transfer, or sublicense your Coupang API credentials to any third party through the App

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Coupang API credentials stored in the App and for all activities that occur through their use. You must notify us immediately at app@mint-soft.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your credentials.

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content — including but not limited to its source code, user interface design, graphics, icons, logos, text, and data structures created by MintSoft — are owned by MintSoft and are protected by the copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of Korea and applicable international conventions. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device solely for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Coupang and all related marks, logos, and trade dress are trademarks of Coupang Corp. Their use within CouDash is solely for descriptive compatibility purposes and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Coupang Corp. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to MintSoft regarding the App may be used by MintSoft without restriction or compensation.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

CouDash offers a free tier supported by advertisements and an optional premium subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features. All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and managed via RevenueCat.

Billing — subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Play Store account at purchase confirmation and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and you retain access to premium features until then
Refunds — all purchases are governed by the refund policies of Apple Inc. or Google LLC respectively. MintSoft does not independently issue refunds for in-app purchases.
Price Changes — MintSoft reserves the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of price changes via in-app notice with reasonable advance notice before renewal at the new price.
Free Trials — if a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

Disclaimers

CouDash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MintSoft expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. MintSoft does not warrant that: (a) the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely at all times; (b) data retrieved via the Coupang Partners API will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Because CouDash relies on Coupang's third-party API, any changes, interruptions, deprecation, or termination of that API may impair or completely disable the App's core functionality without advance notice from MintSoft.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MintSoft, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use CouDash, even if MintSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

MintSoft's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to MintSoft for the App in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) KRW 10,000 (approximately USD 7). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

MintSoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to CouDash at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, including if MintSoft reasonably believes you have violated these Terms. You may discontinue use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall continue to apply following any termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App — including questions of validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory statutory consumer protection rights, those rights are not limited or waived by this clause.
