Overview

CouDash is a third-party dashboard application developed by MintSoft, designed to help Coupang affiliate marketers and sellers visualize and analyze their performance data. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being fully transparent about how we handle data. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we safeguard it.

Information We Collect

Automatically Collected

Device Information — device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID), and app version
Usage Data — features accessed, screens visited, session duration, button interactions, and in-app events tracked via Firebase Analytics
Crash Reports — stack traces, device state at the time of a crash, and diagnostic metadata collected by Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix bugs
Network Status — connectivity type (Wi-Fi or mobile data) used to optimize data fetching behavior
Advertising Identifier — on iOS, collected only with your explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; on Android, the advertising ID may be used for ad personalization by Google AdMob

Voluntarily Provided

Coupang API Credentials — your Coupang Partners API access key and secret key, entered by you during onboarding. These are stored exclusively on your device using platform-level encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and are never transmitted to or stored on MintSoft servers.
Support Requests — your name, email address, and message content when you contact us at app@mint-soft.com
In-App Purchase Records — subscription tier and transaction history, managed by RevenueCat on your behalf. MintSoft does not store or process payment card information.

How We Use Your Information

Service Operation — to connect to the Coupang Partners API using your stored credentials and display your affiliate and sales performance data
Analytics — to understand how users interact with CouDash, identify usage patterns, and prioritize improvements via Firebase Analytics
Crash Diagnostics — to detect, investigate, and resolve technical errors using Firebase Crashlytics
Advertising — to display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob for users on the free tier
Personalization — to remember your preferences, selected date ranges, and dashboard layout using local on-device storage
Local Notifications — to deliver scheduled reminders (e.g., daily brief, weekly report alerts) that you configure within the app's Settings
Home Screen Widget — to show summary statistics on your device's home screen using data cached locally on your device
Subscription Management — to verify and manage your premium subscription entitlements via RevenueCat
Data Export — to generate and save CSV reports of your performance history to your device's local storage upon your request

Third-Party Services

CouDash integrates the following third-party SDKs that may independently collect data under their own privacy policies:

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — collects anonymized usage events to help us improve the app
Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — collects crash reports and device diagnostic data
Google AdMob (Google LLC) — serves advertisements to free-tier users; on iOS, personalized ads require ATT consent
RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscription entitlement verification
Coupang Partners API — your API credentials are used solely to retrieve your own data directly from Coupang's servers. CouDash is an unofficial third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Coupang Corp.

Data Storage and Security

All sensitive credentials, including your Coupang API access key and secret, are stored exclusively on your local device using platform-level encrypted storage. These credentials are never uploaded to or retained on MintSoft's servers. Cached performance data, dashboard preferences, and notification settings are similarly stored locally and are removed when you uninstall the application.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and your Coupang API credentials confidential.

Data Retention

Anonymous analytics and crash report data retained by Firebase is governed by Google's data retention policies, typically up to 14 months for analytics events. Data stored locally on your device — including API credentials, cached dashboard data, and app preferences — is retained until you clear it via the app's Settings screen or uninstall CouDash. Support correspondence sent to app@mint-soft.com is retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter, generally no longer than two years.

Children's Privacy

CouDash is intended exclusively for adults engaged in e-commerce affiliate marketing or product selling. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 14 in South Korea as defined by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app or via email contact, please notify us at app@mint-soft.com and we will promptly delete such data.

Your Rights

Access — you may request a summary of personal data MintSoft holds about you (e.g., support correspondence) by emailing app@mint-soft.com. Since API credentials are stored only on your device, MintSoft does not have access to them.
Deletion — you may request deletion of any personal data MintSoft holds by contacting app@mint-soft.com. Data stored locally on your device can be cleared through the app's Settings screen or by uninstalling the app.
Opt-out of Analytics — you may disable Firebase Analytics collection via the app's Settings screen at any time.
Opt-out of Personalized Ads — on iOS, withdraw ATT consent in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, opt out via Google Settings > Ads > Delete advertising ID.
Data Portability — your Coupang performance data can be exported as a CSV file directly from the app's History or Reports screen.

Changes to This Policy

MintSoft reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document and notify you through an in-app notice or other appropriate means as required by law. Your continued use of CouDash following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
