Terms of Service

Last updated: April 24, 2026. By downloading or using CallCard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and MintSoft. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of the App

You may use CallCard for personal or business networking purposes. You agree not to: (a) use the app for spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or harassment; (b) send business cards to individuals without their consent; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app; (d) use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the profile information and card designs you create. By using the app, you grant MintSoft a limited license to process your content solely to provide the app's functionality. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for obtaining any necessary consent from recipients before sending your card.

4. Permissions

The app requests access to your phone state, call logs, contacts, and notifications to provide its core features. You may revoke permissions at any time in device settings, though some features will become unavailable. Granting these permissions constitutes your consent to the described on-device processing.

5. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

CallCard offers optional premium features via subscription or one-time purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google; refund requests are subject to their respective policies. MintSoft does not issue refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The CallCard app, its design, trademarks, and all underlying technology are owned by MintSoft. The 10 card templates, UI elements, and brand assets are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MintSoft does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that call detection will function on all devices or carriers. Carrier restrictions, device settings, or OS limitations may affect notification and call-detection features.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed business opportunities, failed message deliveries, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
