Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how MintSoft ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CallCard application.
Information We Collect
Information you provide: Profile data you enter, including your name, phone number, job title, company, email address, website, and profile photo. This data is stored locally on your device and is only shared when you explicitly send your business card.
Contacts: With your permission, we access your device contacts solely to pre-fill your profile. We do not upload your contact list to our servers.
Call logs: With your permission, we read call state and call history to detect when a call ends so we can prompt you to send your card. Call data is processed on-device only and is not transmitted to external servers.
Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics via Firebase Analytics (screen views, feature usage) to improve the app. Crash reports are collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix bugs.
Advertising: We use Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data subject to Google's Privacy Policy. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before personalized ads are shown.
Purchase data: In-app purchases and subscription status are processed through RevenueCat, which may collect purchase transaction data. Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: (1) provide and improve app features; (2) send your digital business card as directed by you; (3) detect call events on-device to trigger card-sending prompts; (4) display relevant advertisements; (5) process premium subscriptions; (6) analyze usage patterns to improve user experience; (7) diagnose and fix crashes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Profile data is shared only when you explicitly initiate a send action (SMS or share sheet). Anonymized analytics and crash data are shared with Firebase (Google). Ad data is shared with Google Mobile Ads. Purchase data is shared with RevenueCat, Apple, or Google as necessary for transaction processing.
Data Retention
Profile and card data is stored locally on your device. Send history is retained for up to 500 records on-device. You may delete all local data at any time from Settings > Delete All Data. Firebase analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policy (up to 14 months).
Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your profile data within the app at any time. To request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device, contact us at app@mint-soft.com. You may withdraw permissions (contacts, phone, notifications) at any time via your device settings, though some features may become unavailable.
Children's Privacy
CallCard is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
