AliDash Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AliDash ("the App") between you and mint-soft.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

mint-soft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. The following are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly
• Redistribution, resale, license transfer
• Use for illegal or harmful purposes

3. In-App Purchases

• All payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play
• Subscription auto-renewal: cancel at least 24 hours before expiration (store account settings)
• Refunds follow each store's policy

4. Service Changes / Termination

We may modify or terminate the service after notice, or immediately in emergencies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mint-soft is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all content are property of mint-soft. Unauthorized copying/distribution is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with exclusive jurisdiction in Seoul Central District Court.

8. Changes to Terms

We will post any changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
